Ryan was absolutely amazing throughout. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect car at the right price. There was never any pressure or pushy sales tactics-just honest, helpful advice.

I also have to give him credit for his patience, as I was a bit back and forth during the process, but he was always understanding and supportive.

I had been searching for the right car for quite some time and, after speaking with several pushy salespeople who didn't really listen to what I wanted, I honestly didn't think I would find the right fit.

That completely changed when I discovered The New Car Group and started working with Ryan. Ryan was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Absolutely top quality service from these lads. Got in touch with Reece and Ryan with a particular car I had in mind and left Reece to it. After a couple of hours he came back with an option of a newer and better car than i expected with a really good affordable price for me. He left me to it to make my decisions and wasn't really pushy at all. Once I made my decision the time scale in receiving the car was so quick I couldn't believe it,I traded in an old car too that needed the finance settling and that was settled on the same day. Amazing experience from start to finish and have recommended friends and family to use these lads recently too.

I was given Reeces number from a friend, we usually use services like this for our cars, and these are the best I've come across. They found us a Jaguar F pace, great spec and even went the extra mile and fit us detachable tow bar and paid the first years road tax as part of the deal.

Reece sorted me with a car from his previous Job a few years ago and smashed it. That gave me the confidents to get back in touch with him to see if he could sort me out with another car.
Once again Reece pulled it out of the bag and managed to find me the perfect car with the best deal. Tell Reece what you are after and he will Find you what you want. He must have sent me a good 7 cars that were all really nice but the car i actually ended up with was absolutely spot on Top Spec at the right price.

My previous car I went through Ryan at a different company and he was so patient and found my right car, when looking for my new car I went through the New car group and dealt with Ryan again as he makes finding a new car so stress free and relaxing. The team worked so hard in finding the exact car I wanted.
I wanted a few modifications done to the car before it got delivered and they went ahead and done what I wanted, no questions asked.

Reece helped source my Range Rover. After another garage not being able to find any with the spec I wanted, I was very reluctant, but he pulled it out the bag. I had a large number to choose from and from signing the paperwork I had the car within 3 workings days.

We did hit a hurdle during the process of finding a new car, but they dealt with it very professionally. To give some context; we found one, but when it arrived for the service and MOT it was identified by The New Car Group the DFP filter needed to be replaced. He explained all of this to me and told me we will source another as he didn't trust the vehicle.
